Johnsen addresses many concerns and roadblocks that are often encountered in the process and provides alternatives and solutions for each. A Princess Can! is a great book for Disney Princess fans!. But I was not prepared for the sheer amount of it. In Ice Cream, she first describes how ice cream was developed, beginning with the Chinese who mixed snow, milk and rice together to Nancy Johnson, who in 1841 invented the hand-cranked ice-cream maker. Perfect for my Corporate Finance class because it only cost about $60 dollars as opposed to the hard cover almost $200 version..
