I liked it so well I passed it along to another colleague to read.. I find it good reading even for those items I have no plan to upgrade. It is anecdotes like these that breathe a little humor into wine writing, poking fun the science at the same time as recognizing the painstaking effort that it takes to achieve mastery.By the time one reaches the end of the book, it seems there is practically nothing Hugh Johnson hasn't done. If that's not possible, they can at least get to know him through this book.. It is a remarkably detailed adventure through the history of how modern people came to be. As there are multiple pattern pieces on each sheet it might feel daunting to the first timer or beginner. Margulis has done something truly remarkable because she has seen that the evolutionary origins of the system as a whole include the various parts in ways that can not be dissected apart without severe loss of meaning and understanding. Chapter 2 focuses on Qigong theory and principles; chapter 3 discusses the sitting Baduanjin; chapter 4 describes the standing Baduanjin; chapter 5 is the conclusions.Having only five chapters and a total 83 pages in length (not including the glossary or index), this book is an easy read.
