In the mean time, you can be satisfied with Hugh Johnson's memoir of experiences that traverses some major wine trends of the second half of the twentieth century. For some, the mathematics in here may be formidable. I was especially interested in the depictions of the mudras and what each finger meant. The story of so many individuals' struggles to improve and innovate is inspiring.This is a big book. It covers all aspects of the required knowledge.
