This is perhaps the worst book I have ever seen in print. For some, the mathematics in here may be formidable. The form of the body is easily discernible except in a few occasions where the shadow side blends into the background like those chiaroscuro paintings of old masters. Johnson's actual presence, his life's tale wanders in and out of the narrative. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing, and after reading this book you will not only understand the paleo movement, but you will have a good foundation for making wise food choices..
