Major topics related to the attacks, such as the Pentagon, do not appear in the index. While the author's research is sound, there are a number of grammar mistakes and some run-on sentences. Unfortunately, a number are grainy. The full-color photos, which include pictures of lower Manhattan before and after the attack, the Pentagon, emergency workers, and related events, add to the emotional impact. Lalley covers the events of September 11th and provides brief background on the World Trade Center, Islamic extremism, and Osama bin Laden. My seven year old daughter wrote this review:" The book "Sylvia & Aki" by Winifred Conkling is great. I prayed God would keep him safe and he did. The ending was the best part, and really tied me in. Mickey Herskowitz, if you are listening to me, I will debate my disgust with you personally. If you know about Margulis' work you still need to read this book because it is a multifaceted view of this magnificent person and her ideas and puts her work into a context that enriches our understanding. Don't waste you 99 cents for this. Their feedback was stating nothing more than this is another try to get rich quick through book writing, once again, to impress his family.I have now finished the book and while I could relate to many of the inner feelings, the book offers nothing but self pity for the author. This is a good thoughtful book that covers the subject of human computer intefaces well and how they can go awry. Just a great book. A perfect choice for the budding harmonica player..
