Nothing new, no explanations on how or when to use most of the recipes, etc. This book is my first experience with Japanese pattern books. I loved this part-biography, part how-to-succeed in the entertainment industry. Valerie Harris reveals a deep understanding of animals of all kinds and the importance of protecting and honoring them in our daily lives, in the world, and learning from them in our dreams or from chance encounters. I love Spanish and Italian architecture. The history of the United States is replete with examples. I'm not one for reading, but after I picked this book up, I couldn't put it down. Recipes are great to have, but without an understanding of the reasons for the food choices, trying to stick to this lifestyle is nearly impossible if the food doesn’t come labeled as ‘paleo’. excellent book.
