On top of all the adventure, humor, and wonder lies ravishing language wielded by a poet who loved sounds and words for their own sake. I am glad that there are books out there like this that I can use, no matter how young the age group, and actually learn.. Whether taking part in the Highland gamnes, painting a mural for a kingdom, or conducting a lecture of Cajun cooking to schoolchildren, the Princesses knows they can do it when they are up to the challenge. I would recommend this book for those who want to learn a little bit more about this man and his art.. Goya portraits many of fine ladies in flowing gowns from that period of which my daughter, Cathy really enjoyed. The beginning was confusing and hard to follow because the chapters jumped from event to event without any explanation. Turns out they are exactly the same book but this is in Russian!3 stars because the description is wrong but the book appears to have good logic problems for the 5-6 age group.. The result, often, is not a pretty picture: unexpected outcomes.
