My suspicions were confirmed when i skimmed through the 'further reading' section. And we must eschew discipline-based "skillz drillz," instead empowering students' higher reasoning ability. The sections dealing with Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint contain all kinds of helpful hands-on exercises.
