It's quite shocking to see a book of this production quality from them.The binding is also questionable. This book will not teach you like a textbook does. Literally every few sentences there are such glaring mistakes that it is too painful to read, and I really wanted to like this and learn from it. The words "flyers" and "fliers" are used interchangeably in the same paragraph. If I could give it minus 5 stars I would. If your depressed and want plently of excuses for people to feel sorry for you, this is your book.If your looking for a positive approach to deal with Agoraphobia, this book is a waste of your money.
